Overview The purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support to the Transportation team, issue resolution, and scheduling support. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps. The schedule is a night shift (D shift) that works 3-1/2 days 12-hour shift. Thu 1:00 am - Thu 07:00 am Thu 7:00 Pm -Fri 07:00 Pm Fri 7:00 pm -Sat 07:00 pm Sat 7:00 pm -Sun 07:00 pm Responsibilities Traffic Operations on assigned shift: Billing, phone communication, driver issues, revenue, etc., Make operational decisions regarding cost and On-time service requirements Backhaul billing Pass off with other shifts DPS edits and trip creation Dispatch backfill as needed Resolve issues with the Sales team and direct customers. Other duties and projects as assigned Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
