Transportation Coordinator

VIP Auto Carriers is looking for an organized, dependable Transportation Coordinator to help manage daily transportation activities, coordinate schedules, and keep communication flowing between drivers, customers, and the operations team. Your day might include: Coordinating pickup and delivery schedules. Tracking shipment progress and providing timely updates. Communicating with drivers about routes, timing, and service needs. Maintaining accurate transportation records and shipment details. Responding to customer questions and resolving scheduling issues. Working with the operations team to address delays and keep deliveries on track. What Makes Someone Successful Here? You don't need years of trucking experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized when priorities change, and takes ownership of the details. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Confidence using computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and independently. Transportation industry experience is helpful but not required.
