Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage outbound shipments and transportation schedules based on client orders
• Plan and communicate dispatch schedules with carriers and drivers
• Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound status and report inventory discrepancies
• Respond promptly to issues during transportation (e.g., delays, damages) and provide updates
• Prepare logistics and transportation documents and input data into systems (e.g., BOL, POD)
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Diligent, responsible, and reliable work attitude
Preferred Requirements
• Experience with Canadian logistics systems (WMS/TMS)
• Previous experience as a logistics coordinator in manufacturing/automotive industries
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
