Transportation Coordinator Bi-Lingual Spanish

Immediate need for a bi-lingual (Spanish) Transportation Coordinator who is responsible for providing support to the Transportation Manager regarding the maintenance, changes/ revisions to daily bus routes and driver and aide scheduling. In addition, they will respond to client/parent issues, as well as provide resolutions to such issues. The Coordinator will be the second point of contact in the absence of the manager and will maintain operation continuity in the afternoon hours after the Transportation Manager departs for the day. Requirements: Bi-lingual-English/Spanish Prior administrative and/or dispatch experience with a transportation company Strong written and communication skills Intermediate to proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to work under pressure and multi-task efficiently and remain composed Strong attention to detail Professional demeanor Company provides medical, dental and vision insurance Flex Spending Company matched 401k
