Key responsibilities for the new Hermes Worldwide Transportation Coordinator:

Scheduling - like a giant puzzle, fit the reservations, vehicles, and chauffeurs together to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, within driver's availability, to meet the client's needs.

Chauffeur Liaison - provide support for chauffeurs as they prepare for their day's trips. This might include answering questions, gathering supplies, performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and light detailing, troubleshooting technological challenges, and driving to swap vehicles in emergency situations.

Dispatching - monitor trips, answer phones, input basic reservations, and communicate with clients and chauffeurs.

Skills and Experience requirements:

• Adaptable and able to pivot quickly
• Clear communication that keeps everyone in the loop
• Tech-savvy to learn new programs and troubleshoot tech problems
• Attention to detail to maintain 100% trip success
• Dispatching, logistics, or chauffeur experience preferred
• Able to work (4) 10-hour shifts, Sun - Wed
• Clean background and able to pass drug screen (including marijuana)
• Valid driver's license
