Transportation Coordinator

Job Title - Transportation Coordinator Contract Duration - 6 months - CTH We are looking for a Transportation Coordinator to support delivery and transportation operations across multiple Texas locations. This role will coordinate delivery routes, support CDL drivers, resolve delivery issues, and help improve overall logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate home delivery routes across Texas. Support CDL drivers and resolve daily routing and delivery issues. Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams. Arrange alternate transportation when needed and manage returns/redeliveries. Monitor transportation processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Maintain delivery records, reports, driver documentation, and order updates. Prepare daily driver paperwork and ensure timely communication of delivery changes. Support compliance with applicable DOT and transportation regulations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or delivery operations. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
