Key Responsibilities
• Review carrier credentials, permits, shipment documents, and cross-border procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Support compliance with Canadian and U.S. customs, transportation, and freight regulations.
• Assist with supply-chain security programs, audits, inspections, and internal investigations.
• Document findings, maintain accurate compliance records, and track corrective actions through completion.
• Work with operations, customs, and carrier teams to identify and resolve documentation or compliance issues.
• Help promote consistent compliance practices across LTL, cross-border, and freight brokerage operations.
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
• Job type: Direct hire.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Work arrangement: Fully on site in Etobicoke, ON.
