Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Transportation CNA to join our team! 

    Key Responsibilities : 

    • Safely operate a van to transport patients to and from various appointments and destinations.
    • Aid patients as needed during boarding, transit, and disembarking from the vehicle.
    • Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout the transportation process, including securing mobility aids and ensuring proper wheelchair restraints.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate transportation schedules and address any special needs or concerns.
    • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and patient information.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
    • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the safety and reliability of the transportation vehicle.


    Qualifications :


    • Certification as a Nursing Assistant required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Must possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
    • Previous experience working in a healthcare or transportation setting preferred.
    • Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety. 
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and caregivers.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
