As a Class A Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting and delivering product while providing dependable, professional service along the way. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, respects the responsibility that comes with being behind the wheel, and understands that reliability matters. What You'll Do Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles and related equipment Transport and deliver products to Good Oil locations and customers Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical concerns Safely load, unload, and handle product according to company procedures Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety requirements Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and required transportation records Communicate with dispatch, store teams, customers, and management regarding deliveries Plan routes and manage time to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently Verify products, quantities, and delivery documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle and work environment Report delivery issues, delays, or equipment concerns promptly Represent Good Oil professionally while on the road and at customer locations Assist with other transportation or operational needs as required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a safe, dependable, and professional driver who takes ownership of their responsibilities. We're looking for someone who is: Safety-focused and committed to following procedures Reliable and punctual Professional and courteous with customers and coworkers Comfortable working independently Organized and detail-oriented Able to communicate effectively with dispatch and company teams Comfortable working in a physically active environment Willing to take pride in the equipment and vehicle they operate Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required Clean and acceptable driving record Current DOT medical certification as required Previous commercial driving experience preferred Tanker endorsement preferred or required based on assigned routes and products Hazmat endorsement preferred or required based on assigned routes and products Ability to pass required DOT, drug, and background screening Ability to safely perform required loading, unloading, and delivery duties Good Benefits Competitive pay, paid weekly Flexible scheduling Additional compensation: Eligible performance-based wage increases, subject to program requirements Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and other benefits, subject to eligibility Keep Good Oil Moving Our drivers do more than make deliveries.
