Commercial Transportation Liability Adjuster (Remote) Location: Remote, United States Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full Time Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits About The Opportunity QuestPro is partnering with a growing national Third Party Administrator (TPA) to add 3 to 5 experienced Commercial Liability Adjusters to its expanding Commercial Transportation division. This is a fully remote, permanent role with a company that is investing heavily in its transportation claims practice. Several openings are on a dedicated team focused primarily on commercial trucking and delivery claims. Other openings handle a mix of clients, combining transportation claims with General Liability exposures in hospitality, retail, and other commercial accounts. You can live anywhere in the U.S. The more jurisdictions you're licensed in, the better. What You'll Do Handle high-exposure third-party Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims from start to finish on a multi-state basis Manage a pending caseload of approximately 120 features Investigate claims, confirm coverage, determine liability, and evaluate damages Analyze and apply coverage on both routine and complex claims Work closely with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and outside vendors Manage litigated files and work with defense counsel Prepare detailed client reports, large loss reports, and required client forms Set and maintain diaries and move files to resolution promptly and professionally Deliver strong customer service to clients with high expectations What We're Looking For Commercial liability claims experience, ideally with commercial trucking and transportation claims Experience handling both BI and PD claims Litigation management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, detailed client reports A valid Texas adjuster license at minimum, and the ability to quickly get reciprocal licenses in other states (multi-state licenses strongly preferred) Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently with little direct supervision TPA experience is a strong plus, since it means you're used to working with several clients, each with its own requirements and service expectations College degree preferred Personal Lines adjusters: Our client will consider very strong Personal Lines adjusters who have handled larger, more complex BI claims and want to move into commercial liability.
