Responsibilities: Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting vehicles safely Provide courteous and attentive care to passengers, including individuals with disabilities Operate or assist with wheelchair lifts, ramps, and securement systems Monitor passenger well-being throughout the duration of each trip Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch to ensure on-time, efficient routes Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment Document and report any incidents, concerns, or special passenger needs Requirements: Previous experience in passenger assistance, caregiving, or transportation preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, compassionate demeanor Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges, including wheelchair handling CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States About Us: Diamond Care Transportation is a trusted provider of non-emergency medical and specialized transportation services in the Washington, DC area, dedicated to delivering safe, dignified, and compassionate rides to those who need them most.
