Transportation Associate/Driver
The Reserve at Spring HillThe Reserve at Spring Hill is seeking a dependable and compassionate Transportation Driver / Driver to join our team! In this role, you will safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, activities, and community outings while also providing hands-on assistance to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. What You’ll Do Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and outings. Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including the use of wheelchair ramps and tie-downs. Ensure residents are transported safely and on time. Communicate with the community regarding resident pick-up and drop-off. Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Report accidents, incidents, injuries, and vehicle maintenance needs promptly. Assist with community activities and other duties as needed. Follow all HIPAA, safety, infection control, and community policies and procedures. Provide compassionate support and hospitality to residents throughout the transportation experience. What We’re Looking For Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required. Valid driver’s license is required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience transporting residents or working in senior living/healthcare is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Dependable, safety-conscious, and compassionate. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to assist residents with mobility and safely lift, push, pull, and carry as required. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, climb, twist, and lift up to 75 pounds or more as needed. Why Join The Reserve at Spring Hill?
