• The Analyst will also be responsible for primary OS&D (Overage, Shortage and Damage) resolution.
• Analytics will include end-to-end costing alternatives, customer, carrier and vendor performance measurement and the production of comprehensive reporting and insights.
• Investigate cases using shipment records, proof of delivery, photos, and inspection details.
• Coordinate return, inspection, disposition, claims, and case-status follow-up.
• Analyze trends, report performance, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred. 4-year degree required.
• Prior experience in a customer service environment and demonstrated experiences Microsoft Office applications and analytics required.
• Experience in retail / CPG transportation or with a carrier preferred. Prior multi-site operations experience preferred.
