Transportation Aide/Medical Supply Coordinator (CRMA)

Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours per week (flexible hours may be required)

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Transportation Aide / Medical Supply Coordinator, who also has a Certified Residential Medication Aide certification (CRMA), to support our home. This dual-role position is responsible for safely transporting residents to medical appointments and coordinating medical supplies to ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate is organized, resident-focused, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Aide Duties:

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapies, and other approved outings
• Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles as needed
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment during transport
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident needs and schedules

Medical Supply Coordinator Duties:

• Order, receive, store, and distribute medical and clinical supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained
• Communicate supply needs with nursing leadership and vendors
• Ensure supplies are stored in compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Assist with documentation related to supply usage and ordering

• Current CRMA certification
• Current CNA or PSS certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
