The Role: We're looking for a full-time or part-time Transportation Aide to help our incredible residents get to and from appointments, errands, and off-site activities—safely, comfortably, and with a smile. This job is for someone who: Drives safely and confidently! Can help with basic care needs (CNA preferred, not required) Loves a good chat, a great story, and making someone’s day Thrives on organization and teamwork Brings kindness, patience, and a positive attitude to every ride What You’ll Be Doing: Safely operating a transport van with wheelchair lift (on the job training provided!) Assisting residents during appointments and outings Managing receipts and small errands like lab runs or shopping Coordinating trips for maximum efficiency Occasionally saving the day with a flexible schedule when needed What We're Really Looking For: Our residents are truly amazing—kind, funny, wise, and full of stories.
