Transportation Aide

We are looking for a dependable Transport Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide resident care and safely transport residents to appointments, therapy, and other designated locations. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily care needs, mobility, transfers, and comfort. Safely transport residents to appointments, therapy, treatment areas, and other locations. Secure wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility equipment during transport. Observe and report resident changes, concerns, delays, or incidents to nursing staff. Maintain accurate care and transportation documentation. Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, traffic laws, infection control standards, and confidentiality requirements. Requirements Current CNA certification in good standing. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents safely. Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills. Previous long-term care or healthcare transportation experience preferred.
