About the Opportunity: The TRANSPORTATION ADJUSTER - BILINGUAL role is responsible for managing personal auto and commercial transportation claims, including collision, cargo, property damage, bodily injury, and commercial liability exposures. This position ensures thorough investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The role significantly contributes to maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency by handling increasingly complex claims and collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: Investigate and evaluate transportation-related insurance claims Negotiate and resolve claims efficiently Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and medical providers Manage claims documentation and maintain accurate records Control loss adjustment expenses and recommend reserves Provide timely client reporting Set and maintain claim diaries Monitor and report situations affecting claims Perform other assigned tasks relevant to claims handling Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing) Minimum of 5 years commercial transportation experience preferred Valid Texas all lines license required; additional licenses (Florida, New Mexico) a plus Litigation experience required Strong report writing and time management skills Effective communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Above average computer skills Team-oriented approach Pay Range and Compensation Package: $70,000 to $90,000 per year Benefits & Perks: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans 401(k) plan with employer matching Paid time off policies including discretionary and vacation time Paid holidays Life insurance and disability coverage Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
