Responsibilities:

- Safely transport patients to and from appointments, activities, and within the day habilitation center.

- Assist patients with personal hygiene needs, restroom assistance, and mobility as required.

- Monitor and report any health concerns to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professionals.

- Follow specialized diets, assist with meal preparation, and ensure meal supervision.

- Maintain cleanliness by performing light housekeeping duties.

- Ensure the overall care, health, and safety of individuals under your supervision.

- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
