Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all train movements within the yard and mainline
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Coach Train & Engine employees toward operational excellence
• Manage inventory for terminals and line of road
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a conductor required
• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
