JOB TITLE – Trainee (Early Career Development Program) What You’ll Experience As a Trainee, you will join a structured early career development role built for motivated learners seeking practical exposure to how a hardware manufacturer runs. The scope and sequence are set by managers based on business needs and your progress. The program spans approximately six months and is intended to identify the role types you are best suited for. Assignments may change during the program to support business priorities and your development. You’ll learn how products and information move through our operation and gain hands-on experience, context, and confidence. How You’ll Grow This program prepares you with a strong foundation for future roles across operations, supply chain, production, customer support, or technical coordination. Who Thrives in This Role Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field. Curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on mindset. Clear, professional communication across teams and cultures. Comfortable in office and light industrial settings. Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable. Basic understanding of computers and hardware components. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
