Trailer Technician

Job Description Truck & Trailer Maintenance Services Inc. is looking for a dependable and experienced Trailer Technician to join our team. This position involves mobile service work on commercial trailers. We are looking for someone who can diagnose problems, complete repairs efficiently, and work independently when needed. The ideal candidate should have experience with commercial trailer repair, air brake systems, electrical systems, suspension components, doors, landing gear, and general trailer maintenance. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and trailer inspections Diagnose and repair air leaks and air system issues Repair and replace trailer brake components Repair suspension components, air bags, valves, and air lines Diagnose and repair trailer electrical and lighting issues Diagnose and repair ABS-related issues Repair landing gear and landing leg assemblies Repair swing doors and roll-up doors Replace hinges, rollers, cables, gaskets, and related door components Repair damaged crossmembers, rails, panels, and trailer structures Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed Perform wheel-end and related trailer repairs Complete mobile service and roadside repairs Inspect equipment and identify additional repairs when necessary Maintain accurate repair documentation Keep tools, service vehicles, and work areas organized and safe Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
