This role is responsible for supporting parts sales, service orders, inventory management, customer follow-ups, and invoicing. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Experience is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and dependable. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with trailer parts identification, availability, pricing, and ordering Support service orders and coordinate parts needed for repairs Follow up with customers regarding orders, status updates, and service work Use inventory management and invoicing software to process transactions Maintain accurate records and documentation for parts and service work Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments Process invoices, purchase orders, returns, and special orders Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts Work closely with service technicians to ensure job readiness Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts and service area Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering needs Handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment Qualifications No experience required (training provided) Experience in trailer, automotive, RV, equipment, or warehouse environments is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to learn inventory and invoicing software Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop/warehouse setting Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (required) Job Type Full-time, Salaried (Based on experience) Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
