Role Description The Traffic Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end trafficking of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate setup, timely launches, and proper delivery against client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales, account management, ad operations, and creative teams to gather assets, implement tags, validate targeting, and resolve discrepancies. The Traffic Manager monitors campaign pacing and performance, troubleshoots technical issues, updates flight details, and maintains detailed records in internal systems. This role also contributes to process improvements, supports quality control standards, and communicates clearly with internal stakeholders to uphold deadlines and maximize campaign efficiency. Qualifications Experience with digital advertising operations, campaign trafficking, and ad serving platforms (e.g., ad servers, DSPs, social and video platforms). Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling assets, tags, tracking parameters, and reporting data. Analytical skills for monitoring campaign pacing, identifying issues, and recommending adjustments to improve performance. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with sales, account management, creative, and technical teams. Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including reliable self-management when working from home and regular in-office collaboration in Indianapolis, IN. Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; familiarity with project management or workflow systems is a plus. Previous experience in media, advertising, or marketing environments; agency or publisher-side traffic experience is preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
