Traffic Control Person (TCP certification required)

Responsibilities Direct and control traffic safely around construction sites and roadwork areas. Set up and remove traffic control signs, cones, and equipment. Follow Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and WorkSafeBC safety regulations. Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and team members. Maintain a safe working environment at all times. Complete daily timesheets and required safety documentation. Requirements Valid BC Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification. Previous traffic control experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Must have appropriate PPE and CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear. Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Licence/Certification: TCP Certification (required) Work Location: In person
