Role Overview The position involves working as part of a team at job sites to ensure traffic safety and management. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided, emphasizing safety at all times. Key Responsibilities Include Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades Using a stop/slow paddle to direct traffic and monitor site activity Following all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors Maintaining vehicle and equipment safety and cleanliness Working outdoors in all weather conditions, potentially during nights, weekends, or emergency situations Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds for extended periods Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions Flexible schedule and punctuality Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with others Additional Details Compensation: $19.50–$20.25 per hour, with overtime opportunities and potential salary increases within the first year. Paid training and traffic safety certification are included.
