Coastal Elite ProRole Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector , you will work with a team at various job sites to manage traffic control and ensure safety. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided. Your Main Duties Include Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades Using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic and monitoring site activity Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, often standing or walking for extended periods. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or emergency shifts may be required. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test, and possess a valid driver’s license. Physical ability to lift 40–50 pounds and willingness to work in traffic environments are essential.
