Coastal Elite ProRole Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector , you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided. Your Responsibilities Include Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic Monitoring traffic and site activity to maintain safety Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment Working outdoors in all weather conditions Qualifications Include Valid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions Flexibility and punctuality Ability to pass a pre-hire screening and drug test Alertness around moving traffic and respectful conduct toward others Key Skills involve safety awareness, teamwork, adaptability, and communication.
