Traffic Control Flagger

Join a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, responsible for setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades at job sites. No prior experience or degree required; training and support provided to ensure safety and skill development. Key Duties Include Operating traffic control equipment such as stop/slow paddles and directing vehicles Following all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment Working outdoors in various weather conditions and physical environments Qualifications Valid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for extended periods Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions Flexibility to adapt to changing shifts and pass pre-employment screening, including drug tests Commitment to safety, alertness around traffic, and respectful conduct Compensation And Benefits Include Hourly pay of $19.50–$20.25, with overtime opportunities and pay increases within the first year Paid training and traffic safety certification Eligible for paid time off, holidays, sick leave, health insurance, 401(k), employee assistance, and referral bonuses Opportunities for advancement to senior, lead, supervisor, and management roles This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and career growth, offering a supportive environment for those committed to traffic safety and outdoor work.
