Traffic Control Flagger

Join a traffic safety team as a Protector, responsible for setting up cones, signs, barricades, and guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, communicate with your crew, and ensure safety protocols are followed. No experience or degree is required; training and safety gear are provided. Key qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40–50 pounds, and willingness to work in traffic and varied weather. Flexibility and punctuality are essential, along with passing pre-hire screenings including a drug test. Your role involves working long hours on feet, maintaining equipment, and prioritizing safety for yourself and others.
