Role Overview The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector, supporting job site safety by setting up traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades, and guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles. Responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols, communicating effectively with team members, and ensuring vehicles and equipment are clean and secure. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, often standing or walking for extended periods, and potentially working nights, weekends, or emergency shifts.
