Coastal Elite ProJoin a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, responsible for setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining a safe work environment. No experience or degree is required; training and support are provided. Key duties include following safety protocols, communicating with team members, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. The role involves standing or walking for extended periods and lifting 40–50 pounds. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, the ability to work outside, and a commitment to safety. Flexibility and punctuality are essential, along with passing a pre-hire screening and drug test. Candidates must stay alert around traffic and treat others respectfully. Compensation And Benefits Hourly pay range of $16.50–$17.25, with overtime opportunities and pay increases within the first year.
