Coastal Elite ProJoin a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, responsible for setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades at job sites. Your role includes guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitoring site activity, and adhering to safety protocols learned during training. You will communicate with crew members and supervisors, ensure vehicles and equipment remain clean and safe, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexibility in shifts may be required, including nights, weekends, or emergency hours. The position involves standing or walking for extended periods and lifting 40–50 pounds. A valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors, and willingness to follow safety rules are essential.
