Coastal Elite ProJoin a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, responsible for setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and ensuring safety at job sites. No prior experience or degree required; training and safety support are provided. Key duties include following safety protocols, communicating with team members, and maintaining equipment cleanliness. This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergency work. Qualifications Valid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, and work outside for extended periods Ability to lift 40–50 pounds Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather Flexible schedule and punctuality Pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with others Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $19.50–$20.25, with overtime and pay increases within the first year Paid training and traffic safety certification Benefits include paid time off, holidays, sick leave, health insurance, 401(k), employee assistance, and referral bonuses Promotion opportunities to senior, lead, and supervisory roles
