Role Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at job sites to ensure safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided. Your Key Responsibilities Include Setting up cones, signs, and barricades, and removing traffic control equipment Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitoring activity at the site Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a safe and clean condition Working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for extended periods. Flexibility, punctuality, and passing a drug test are essential, along with a safety-conscious attitude around traffic and coworkers. Compensation and Benefits comprise hourly wages ($17.65–$19.50), overtime opportunities, pay raises within the first year, paid training, and a traffic safety certification. Eligible employees may access on-demand pay, PTO, benefits, and referral bonuses.
