Coastal Elite ProRole Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites, ensuring safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided. Your Key Responsibilities Include Setting up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitor site activity Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors Maintaining vehicles and equipment cleanliness and safety Working outdoors year-round in diverse weather conditions Qualifications Include Valid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, and work outside for extended periods Capability to lift 40–50 pounds Willingness to work in traffic and various weather conditions Flexible schedule and punctuality Successful completion of pre-hire screening, including drug testing Commitment to safety and respectful interaction with coworkers and the public Additional Details Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $18.25 per hour with opportunities for overtime and pay increases Paid training and traffic safety certification provided Eligible employees gain benefits like paid time off, holidays, sick leave, health insurance, 401(k), employee assistance programs, and referral bonuses Promotion pathways include roles such as Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, and Manager
