Coastal Elite ProJoin a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, responsible for setting up traffic control devices, guiding vehicles with stop/slow paddles, and ensuring safety at job sites. No prior experience or degree required; training and support are provided. Key duties include installing cones, signs, barricades, and maintaining equipment, while following all safety protocols. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, standing or walking for long periods, and lifting 40–50 pounds. Flexibility in shifts, including nights and weekends, may be necessary. Required qualifications include a valid driver’s license, the ability to work safely around traffic, and respectful conduct towards coworkers and the public. Candidates must pass a drug screening and stay alert to traffic hazards.
