Role Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector , you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic management. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support are provided. Your Key Responsibilities Include Setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades Using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic and monitor site activity Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining safety and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment Working outdoors in all weather conditions Qualifications Include Valid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds for extended periods Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions Flexibility and punctuality Passing pre-hire screening and drug tests Respectful interaction with coworkers, clients, and the public Benefits and Opportunities include competitive pay, overtime, paid training, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and referral bonuses.
