Coastal Elite ProRole Overview Seeking entry-level traffic safety professionals to join a team dedicated to ensuring safety at job sites. As a Protector, Your Responsibilities Include Setting up cones, signs, and barricades, then dismantling traffic control equipment. Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitor site activity. Following all safety protocols learned during training. Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors. Maintaining clean and safe vehicles and equipment. Working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions. Adjusting shifts as needed, including nights, weekends, or emergency work. Standing or walking for extended hours and lifting 40–50 pounds. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Ability to work outside in different weather conditions. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift weights. Willingness to work in traffic and adhere to safety rules. Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule. Pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test. Respectful attitude towards coworkers, clients, and the public. Compensation & Benefits Pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.25 per hour, with overtime and pay raises within the first year.
