Coastal Elite ProJoin a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, focusing on ensuring safety at job sites by setting up cones, signs, barricades, and guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles. No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and support are provided. Key responsibilities include following safety protocols, communicating with crew and supervisors, maintaining equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or emergency shifts may be necessary. Qualifications Valid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for extended periods Willingness to work in traffic and adverse weather Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests Commitment to safety and respectful communication with coworkers and the public Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay between $17.50–$18.25, with overtime and pay raises in the first year Paid training, traffic safety certification, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, health insurance, 401(k), employee assistance, and referral bonuses Opportunities for advancement to senior, lead, field supervisor, and management roles
