Role Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector , you'll work with a team at job sites to ensure safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and support are provided. Your main duties include setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity. You will follow all safety protocols, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain equipment and vehicles. This outdoor role requires working in various weather conditions and may involve standing or walking for extended periods. Flexibility in shifts is necessary, with some night, weekend, or emergency work possible. Personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, goggles, vest, and safety gear are supplied; steel-toe boots are your responsibility.
