Coastal Elite ProRole Overview The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector, supporting traffic management at job sites. No prior experience or degree required; comprehensive training is provided. Key Responsibilities Include Setting up cones, signs, and barricades, and dismantling traffic control equipment Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitoring site activity Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition Working outdoors in all weather conditions, with possible night, weekend, or emergency shifts Standing or walking for long hours, lifting 40–50 pounds, and working in traffic environments Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, the ability to work outdoors, and a willingness to follow safety rules. Physical fitness, flexibility, alertness around traffic, and respectful conduct are essential.
