Traffic Control Flagger

Role Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector , you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Your responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining a safe work environment. You will communicate effectively with your crew and supervisor, assist in keeping equipment clean, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexibility in shifts, including nights and weekends, may be necessary. You will be equipped with safety gear such as helmets, goggles, vests, and communication devices. The role demands physical stamina, including standing or walking for extended hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license Ability to work outdoors and stand/walk for long periods Capability to lift 40–50 pounds Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions Flexibility and punctuality Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test Attentiveness and adherence to safety rules Respectful communication with coworkers, clients, and the public Key Duties & Benefits The role offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and paid training culminating in a traffic safety certification.
