Coastal Elite ProJoin as a Traffic Safety Protector to support roadway safety through traffic control duties. Key Responsibilities Include Setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades at job sites Using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic and monitor site activity Following safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment Working outdoors in all weather conditions, with some shifts requiring night or emergency work Standing or walking for extended periods Qualifications Valid driver’s license Ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for long durations Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather Flexible schedule and punctuality Must pass pre-hire screening, including drug test Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with coworkers and the public Additional Details Pay ranges from $17.23 to $18.07 per hour, with overtime, pay increases, and paid training Benefits include on-demand pay, referral bonuses, and potential for advancement to senior or leadership roles This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive environment dedicated to safety and career development.
