Role Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector , you will work with a team at job sites to ensure traffic control and safety. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided. Your key responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades; guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles; adhering to safety protocols; communicating effectively with team members and supervisors; maintaining clean and safe vehicles and equipment; and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift 40–50 pounds, and willingness to work in traffic and varying weather. Flexibility and punctuality are essential. Candidates must pass a pre-hire screening, including a drug test, and stay alert around moving traffic while respecting others. Key skills involve safety consciousness, effective communication, physical stamina, and a respectful attitude.
