• Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering to support trade compliance strategy.
• Ensure timely investigation and reporting of trade compliance violations.
• Support compliance audits and assistance visits.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of trade compliance experience OR 16+ years without a degree.
• 3+ years leading a high-performing team.
• 5+ years of experience with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. trade sanctions programs (OFAC).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret USG regulations and assess risk management.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with OCR EASE.
• Background in Foreign Military Sales or previous military policy roles.
• Technical background and understanding of compliance audits.
