Business Job Title: Trade Compliance Analyst Job Summary: The Trade Compliance Analyst supports the organization's global import and export compliance programs by ensuring adherence to applicable customs regulations, trade laws, and internal policies. This role analyzes trade data, maintains compliance documentation, supports customs activities, and provides reporting and analytical support to minimize regulatory risk and ensure efficient cross-border operations. Job Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export regulations, including Customs, HTS classification, country of origin, valuation, and trade agreement requirements. Determine and maintain accurate Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications for products and components. Review import and export transactions to ensure compliance with applicable trade laws, regulations, and company policies. Support customs audits, annual FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) reviews, broker management activities, and regulatory inquiries. Audit Customs entries for accuracy and review for approval prior to submission to CBP. Maintain accurate trade compliance records and documentation in accordance with legal retention requirements. Analyze trade data to identify compliance risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
