Tractor-Trailer Driver
ConfidentialJob Summary Keep freight moving safely and reliably as a Tractor-Trailer Driver. You’ll operate commercial trucks on local routes, use GPS navigation to follow assigned routes, and handle cargo according to its type and applicable safety requirements. Duties Local Routes- Home daily 6 Drops per day Doc to Doc deliveries Full time Opportunity Drive tractor-trailers for pickup and delivery; complete route driving and delivery driving safely and on schedule. Inspect vehicles and secure freight before, during, and after trips; report equipment concerns and follow Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Load and unload freight using safe manual handling equipment Maintain accurate trip, delivery, and cargo records; communicate route or delivery issues promptly. Experience Required: Commercial truck driving, truck driving, commercial driving, tractor-trailer operation, and delivery driver experience; a valid commercial driver’s license and applicable endorsements are required for assigned equipment and cargo. Required: Safe driving practices, manual transmission operation when applicable, and knowledge of DOT and FMCSA requirements. Preferred: 3 Years Experience driving tractor trailer Available to work Monday through Saturday Pay: $250.00 - $300.00 per day Work Location: On the road
