Towing Call taker/Dispatcher
Classic Towing and Storagemust have open availability.... looking to fill a pre-set schedule. Hours include Every other weekend + some day and evening shifts through the week. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY FOR MORNINGS, EVENINGS & WEEKENDS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY Responsibilities include: Call-taking, entering call/payment information into computer, clearing invoices, collecting bills from drivers, processing payments, assisting in vehicle releases, effectively communicate information with others, assist in customer dealings, dispatch calls to drivers, maintain driver/shift reports Required skills: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in quick paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour Application question(s): what is your scheduling availability? do you have any towing or dispatching experience? if so, please provide details Work Location: In person
