Tow Truck Driver/Operator - Flatbed and Wheel Lift Driver

The wheel lift driver will be a 12pm-10pm shift. 5 days a week. One weekend day required. The flatbed driver will be a 4pm-2am shift. 5 days a week. One weekend day required. We do offer extra hours outside of your normal scheduled shifts. ```Duties``` - Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles - Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques and equipment - Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing their concerns - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork -Ability to do the following: tire change, air delivery, lockout, fuel delivery, jumpstart, winch out and towing ```Requirements``` -Must be over the age of 23 for insurance purposes. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Commercial driving experience REQUIRED. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management situations. - Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
