Summary
We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic team at Superior Towing. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and professional towing services. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safety and compliance.
• Load and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.
• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and emergencies.
• Assist in training new drivers on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
• Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
